Why do I need a NOS Synchro ring?

We learned that the currently available synchro blocking rings, commonly made overseas are dimensionally off compared to the originals. This results in faster and uneven wear. These original NOS (New Old Stock) rings come from an overseas warehouse with traceability to NATO inventory.
The T90 transmission takes 2 of these rings, and they can be used in the Saturn or Warn Dana 18 Overdrive units as well, it will also take two.
My Overdrive Shift knob engraving is not perfectly white or even. Why?

The shift knobs are engraved in-house on a Fiber Laser engraver, and then hand filled with an off-white Testors enamel paint. The paint is purposely applied thin, and may appear uneven. This is done so that the knob will blend in with the often older Jeep interiors and controls, and won’t stand out due to its brightness. It gives it that “Been there, done that” look.
If you want it brighter or whiter, you can easily fill the engraving in with some paint and a little brush, let it dry a few minutes and wipe the excess off around the engraving.
How fast will my order ship?

We strive to ship orders as soon as possible, and most stock items will ship the next day. A USPS tracking number is provided once the label is created, and should go “live” within 24hrs.
Non stocked items take 3-5 days to complete and ship usually, custom made items like the fan and spacers may take 7-10 days based on inventory levels.
